Finding the buyer can be the easy part, keeping them ..... now that takes real skill.

When dealing with a potential purchaser our most experienced staff negotiate on your behalf. We aim to check their buying position to ensure we keep "nasty surprises" to a minimum. We will agree a target completion date from the offset and we will actively progress the sale on a weekly basis liaising with buyers, sellers and their legal representatives. Above all we will not allow your sale to drag.

Throughout the selling process you will be kept up to date by a relationship manager who knows your case.
